Rules for Pets and Owners
With permission, we allow housebroken, well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs to stay at the Nest at Swan Point. Guests must ask for permission for this allowance prior to booking. If your pet is approved to stay with us, please abide by the following:
- Bring your own water and food bowls for your furry friend. Please clean up any spills that occur on the floor around the bowls.
- Wipe paws when coming in from outside. We provide a set of washcloths that can be found under the kitchen sink in a bag labeled “Paw Wipes.”
- Pets must stay off of furniture and beds.
- Please clean up any solid pet waste from the yard and place it in the trash.
- Do not leave your pet unattended indoors and outside.
- Please notify us of any accidents or damage so that we can clean or address it properly and in a timely fashion.
Things to Do With Your Pet
Dockside Restaurant in Colonial Beach is a great family- and dog-friendly restaurant if you’re venturing out. Another great place to go with your pup is the Colonial Beach Dog Park located at 829 Robin Grove Lane.
